Professor Dr. Bharat H. Desai is Director of the Institute for Advanced Studies in International Law and Diplomacy. Prof. Desai is also former Chair and Professor of International Law at the Centre for International Legal Studies in School of International Studies of Jawaharlal Nehru University in New Delhi.
