Michelle Hurdle is a Master of Laws candidate under the supervision of Professor Geneviève Dufour. Her research focuses on the inclusion of international labour standards in free trade agreements and bilateral investment treaties, as well as on due diligence of multinational corporations. She has participated in the Charles-Rousseau moot court competition in public international law and represents the graduate students in law at the Université de Sherbrooke as President of the Longueuil campus. She is the recipient of the Joseph-Armand Bombardier Canada Graduate Scholarship, SSHRC (2021) and the FRQSC Master’s Research Scholarship (2021).
